We're hiring: part-time sales and customer support

Our World is hiring for a part-time role in sales and customer support. It will be our first hire.

AI agents already handle much of our development work. Some work still needs a person, though: meeting clients, talking with them by phone, handling paperwork, and testing our apps on real iPhones and Macs. You would share this work with our founder.

You will work with the latest AI tools every day, and our founder will teach you how to use them. Experience matters less to us than being good with people, being curious about AI, and being comfortable using a computer. Native-level Japanese is required.

You can work at our office or from home, and we will decide together which works best for you. Hours start at 15 a week, and weekday evenings and weekends are possible. Shifts are agreed each month. We expect the role to start in January 2027 or later. After six months, if you would like to work full-time and are able to, we may discuss a permanent position with you, depending on your performance.
